Anomalous Research Inc. is responsible for containing each & every anomaly within their reaches. Due to the strange connection between each and every one of them, all anomalies were able to be classified under six different classifications.

Mysterium Class (Undergoing Research)
The Mysterium Class is a class given to newly obtained entities, or anomalies that are unable to be classified due to the nature of their interactions. For unexplained reasons, Mysterium do not have any dangerous abilities marked down, however this doesn't constitute that the anomaly can't be dangerous. Instead, the anomaly is rated based on it's I.R.L. Rating
Tutum Class (Safe)
Tutum Class anomalies are harmless and require little to no effort to contain.
Periculum Class (Hazard)
Periculum Class anomalies may be at risk of harming humans and require minimal containment measures to keep them in check.
Ikari Class (Malicious)
Ikari Class anomalies are a threat to humans and will require moderate or extra measures to contain them.
Eratus-Deus Class (Dangerous)
Eratus-Deus Class anomalies are a major threat to humans and need lots of extra resources to contain them.
Judicium Class (World-ending)
Judicium Class anomalies are extremely dangerous to humans and are almost impossible to contain.

Interaction Risk Level Rating
Interaction Risk Level Rating (Dubbed by its abbreviation, "IRL Ratings") is the level of risk that is provided to an anomaly based on what would happen upon contact/interaction with the anomalous object, entity, or scenario. The IRL Rating of the anomaly does not constitute the anomaly's classification, as the classification is dictated by the strength and abilities ARI is required to provide for its containment. For example, a Tutum class could be insanely easy to contain, but any form of contact with it would pose an immediate danger to the contactee.
Class-I IRL Rating
Danger Level: None
Description: Specifically this Class will not sustain any human harm nor any permanent effects whilst they may still be in effect, they will not harm or stay within your vicinity.
Class-II IRL Rating
Danger Level: Median
Description: Class-II in general is a harmful effect, though is still not permanent nor any lethal damage will be done other than potential effects for a longer time period, as well as negative physical effects.
Class-III IRL Rating
Danger Level: Moderate
Description: Class-III is again a generally harmful effect to people interacting, though damage sustained will be permanent instead of being there for a period of time. Death chances are a little bit higher than usual as well as lethal damage being significantly higher.
Class-IV IRL Rating
Danger Level: High
Description: Class-IV Is a level in which damage or any harmful action will result in permanent damage as well as the instance existing as an offender primarily and can infect those around them with permanent side effects.
Class-V IRL Rating
Danger Level: Extreme
Description: Class-V is a level that exists in a manner of immediate or very harsh death. Class V exists as a completely permanent effect and can result in affecting others around you or valuable objects within the facility.
Class-VI IRL Rating
Danger Level: Undefined
Description: Class-IV is a concept rating, as one has never happened. Any form of negative contact with a Class-VI anomaly will result in a threat to all of mankind, or a world-ending scenario.
