something that defied what they considered reality.

The world order proposed a way to contain anomalies,

to protect the better good of the world.

And so,

Anomalous Research Inc.

was formed.

Anomalous Research Inc. was formed in the late 19th century after discovering and containing the very first anomaly. The governments of the world, with the assistance proposition made by an alienated group and “The Founder” proposed the creation of an organization with the abilities and capabilities for creating seamless and strong methodologies for containment and research of discovered anomalies, with the intent to safeguard the integrity of humanity and our understanding of the reality we live in.

Today, Anomalous Research Inc. is a powerful mega-corporation responsible for the public safety of humanity. Aided by the United Nations, Anomalous Research Inc. has created a safe and secure foreseeable future where all anomalies are contained by their facilities and people, all held within a supernation known as the "Anomalous Republic."
