Class-T is the formalized designation for Test Subject personnel. They are subject to remaining within the Test Subject Containment Zones within ARI facilities at all times and are never permitted to exit unless involved in a test or event requiring a set amount of Class-T personnel. They have zero access clearance anywhere else.

Class-U is a designation given to employees within the incorporation who have violated the "Codex of Integrity Regulations" and are under a period of punishment for their actions. Class-U Personnel are unable to access various regions of facilities or installations they are occupying, and are not allowed to participate in any departmental operations. Even though their use is not required, they are still employees and are obligated to the right to life as long as they follow the regulations of their sentence. Most Class-U are considered dangerous or should be avoided. A primary amount of Class-U who violate their sentence are executed, others that appeal their term to the Incorporation Justice System will be allowed back into their previous classification, but not their previous department. Others that finish their term are given amnestic treatment and are relieved of their duties, being reset to Class-T.

Class-C personnel are either recently incited personnel leaving the Class-T Program or are within an entry-level department. Class-C personnel are among the lowest ranking individuals within ARI and have little to no access to any sort of information whatsoever.

Class-B personnel receive their ranks through their increased knowledge and understanding of various sections of information offered during their job period in Anomalous Research Inc. At this level they can enter business-level departments, such as Facility Management, or External Relations, and Information.

Class-A personnel have an extensive level of knowledge when it comes to all sorts of various categories of operations within the incorporation. Class-A are able to enter advanced-level departments, such as Judicial Operations and Defense Force.

Class-V personnel are the primary administration and management within Internal Departments. They handle all sorts of executive operations throughout their departments, and help in the general operations of the Anomalous Research Inc. They are of extreme importance to the department as well as the entire incorporation and should be kept safe by Watchmen operatives during on-site operations, if they request such.

Class-Z is a special, lesser-known classification given to special leading personnel of each department. There are only 1 Class-Z level personnel within each designated department. Class-Z personnel must be accompanied by 1-2 members of Watchmen when on-site, and should be addressed with respect. Every Class-Z is fitted with a Class-Z access card, which must only remain with them. Class-Z levels can access nuclear weaponry and more.
