Description: Anomaly-005 is a series of stone arches across the globe, usually hidden in caves, with an average circumference of 10 ft. There are currently 6 known portals, all of which are contained and monitored by several different Anomalous Research Incorporated Facilities. However, after an incident involving Anomaly-006, 5 of the 6 arches were closed off, along with the caves connected to them. Only one arch is still contained and managed by ARI. Each stone arch is covered in a series of glyphs and markings, currently unknown to any Earth or Alien texts known by ARI. Each of them also emits highly active gamma radiation and gravitational radiation, affecting those only in the vicinity of its containment.

Any attempts to try and activate the portals have been failures. The only times the portals have opened, were when the [UNKNOWN] Group of interest used them to access our world. It is presumed that Anomaly-005's portals are to another world, possibly the homeworld of the [UNKNOWN] Group of Interest.

Containment Procedures: due to their immobile nature, Anomaly-005 instances do not required extensive containment. the walls of it's containment must be radioactively insulated and sealed from the outside, and must remain closed unless dire use. Test Subject Testing is strictly prohibited unless performed by a Department of Discovery persons ranked Class-V or higher. Public Security Bureau are not prohibited to perform logistics checks on the containment unless authorized by a member ranked Class-Z or higher. Department of Judicial Operations may not use Anomaly-005's containment for usage of evidence in trials, unless performed by a member ranked Class-Z or higher.
